Happy Long Weekend Everyone!
Please note that although our office is closed for Monday the 22nd, your garbage collection will still continue as per normal- so please make sure to have your garbage at the curb by 7am.
We want to thank everyone for their patience as we updated our banking payment information! Some of the financial institutions have been slower than we anticipated to get their systems up and running, but majority should be live as of next week. 🤞
On a side note, we have gotten a lot of comments about being unable to reach our office and we just wanted to give our sincere apologies. We have unexpectedly become understaffed in our office at the moment and our one remaining, amazing staff member is doing her absolute best to respond to all phone calls and emails as quickly as she can. We just ask that if you can bare with us and please be kind to our staff as we work through this disruption. 🙏

To our customers that have been having difficulties calling our office number 250-428-9887 with no answers we have discovered that this only seems to affect any Telus landline residents.
We’ve connected with our current phone provider and determined the source of the problem is some sort of disconnect on Telus’s end. We are attempting to resolve the issues with Telus but have been told that because they are not our provider it could potentially take longer than we anticipate.
In the meantime if you are able to use a cell phone or other landline you should have no problem getting through to us! We were also informed that if any Telus customers wanted to reach out to Telus and complain about not being able to connect to our office number that we may build up enough cases to push Telus to resolve the issue faster!
